The Sponsorship Journey

Patient Submits Case
A beneficiary or advocate submits details via our secure portal. Medical records, cost estimates, and ID are uploaded for assessment.
ExJAM Reviews & Validates
Our Review Committee verifies the case for authenticity, urgency, and completeness. Each submission is assessed individually before it proceeds.
Case Opens to Sponsors
Validated cases appear in the portal for member sponsors to browse, choose, and fund — partially or in full.
Funds Disbursed to Provider
Once fully funded, payment goes directly to the hospital or service provider. No cash passes through the beneficiary.
Outcome Reported & Archived
The sponsor receives an outcome update confirming how the case concluded. The member's recovery is reported back to those who made it possible.

Submit
