How We Spend

Fund Allocation

The Foundation operates on voluntary contributions. All funds go to active cases — directly to the hospital, clinic, or service provider. Annual accounts are reported to the Board and shared within the active membership. When real allocation figures are available, they will be published here.

Audit & Compliance

The ExJAM Humanitarian Foundation is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as an Incorporated Trustee. Financial records are maintained in accordance with Nigerian regulatory requirements and reported to the Board of Trustees.

The Foundation is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as an Incorporated Trustee charitable organisation.

Voluntary Board — No Remuneration

All ten trustees serve voluntarily. No trustee receives payment. All decisions on fund disbursement are made collectively by the Board.

Direct Disbursement — No Cash to Beneficiaries

Approved funds are paid directly to hospitals, clinics, and service providers. Financial summaries and case outcomes are reported to the Board and shared within the active membership.
